Eligibility to Use bdc77

Deposits and Withdrawals

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdc77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. bdc77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute between you and bdc77 arising in connection with your use of the platform should be raised in the first instance with the bdc77 customer support team via live chat at bdc77.net. bdc77 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 working days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, bdc77 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. Both parties agree that any proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
